What To Expect
Energy Healing
Though the shift in energy is instantaneous and results may happen quickly, it may take up to 4 weeks for the session to integrate into the physical. As your vibration increases, the people who are negative may start distancing themselves. Beneficial people who need to be in your life may show up. Just be aware and open to changes after the session.
Common Sensations
While receiving the healing, I encourage you to find a distraction-free quiet space and get comfortable. You may want to have a blanket, a glass of water, and a journal nearby. This is an experiential healing, if thoughts come up, this is ok, let them surface, and flow as they need to.
Integration
After the session, the time it takes for integration is an individual experience. Journaling is highly recommended as a tool for tracking personal growth and emotional shifts, especially after healing sessions. Writing down thoughts, emotions, and experiences not only provides a record of current states but also allows for greater clarity when looking back. Over time, journaling can reveal subtle patterns of change, offering insights into personal progress that may otherwise go unnoticed in the day-to-day flow of life. This practice encourages both self-awareness and appreciation for how far one has come.
