Meet Holly
I learned to listen to
what the body was holding.
I'm Holly Strong, a Licensed Spiritual Healer and Level 3 GEO Love Sacred Geometry Energy Healer with 20+ years of hands-on healing as a licensed massage therapist
Through Sacred Geometry Energy Healing and my connection with the Angelic Realm, I help restore the natural flow of energy within your body so you can reconnect with your
heart, release what no longer serves you, and remember
who you truly are.
Twenty years of working with the body
changed how I understood healing.
My path began in the personal growth world, where I
spent two decades as a relational coach supporting
people as they untangled old patterns, healed
emotional wounds, and built more honest, connected
lives.
Over time, I saw that true transformation goes beyond
mindset. It includes the energetic imprints we carry
in our bodies, homes, and environments. That
realization led me to Sacred Geometry Energy Healing
and the Angelic Realm,
The Turning Point
When I experienced my first energy clearing, I felt
something I hadn't in years—lightness. It wasn't just
emotional. It was physical, energetic, and real.
Tuning point changed everything. I knew I was
meant to help others feel that freedom for themselves.

My Approach
I'm not here to convince you that energy work is real.
Your nervous system will tell you that on it's own.
