It has been a 20-year journey, starting with becoming a massage therapist oh so long ago. One thing I noticed a year out of massage school was I would feel aches and pains within my body that were the same as the client on the table. Basically, I was an empath, but after viewing other therapists becoming ill and taking on client’s stuff, I chose to shut that door.

Though my massage career lasted 20 years, I unknowingly traded being an empath to just knowing, without conscious thought, where my client’s pain and discomfort were, and this served me well. I also became very interested in sound therapy, using tuning forks on the body for physical pain and energy tuners off the body to balance the chakras.

Fast-forward to today. I have learned a specific healing modality called Geo Love Healing. This is a fascinating energy healing system that not only works with balancing the chakras, but also helps clear blocks from the 4 primary categories of Gestational, Generational, Environmental, and Traumatic events. Now, keep in mind that these events can be real or imagined. Let me explain: For example, when I was in elementary school, I may have wanted to play with a friend, but that friend, for whatever reason, decided they wanted to play with someone else. At that moment, I may have decided that I was not good enough. Or when I was younger and had something exciting to tell my parents, but my parents at the time were preoccupied with something else, I may have created the belief that I was unworthy of their time. It is fascinating how the mind creates real or imagined beliefs. It is with curiosity that I started wondering where and when my beliefs occurred. So many of the beliefs are picked up when we are preverbal and too young for our minds to truly make an informed decision. The point I am attempting to make is since a belief is created through energy, thoughts, and emotion, it too can be changed by releasing the energetic blocks that keep it in that undesired block/pattern.
