How Energy Clearing Can Work
As an energy healer, I’ve come to deeply appreciate how powerful it is to approach any healing session with an open heart and mind. Energy healing is not something I “do” to someone—rather, I serve as a clear channel, allowing the Divine energy of love and light to flow through me. This sacred energy knows exactly where to go, offering healing, balance, and restoration on emotional, spiritual, and energetic levels. My role is to hold space, guide the flow, and stay unattached to any specific outcome.
One core concept in spiritual energy work is energetic accumulation—the idea that our emotional experiences and energetic imprints build up over time. Every interaction, from joyful connections to stressful or traumatic events, leaves an imprint in your energy field. This includes not only your personal experiences, but also generational trauma, environmental stress, and energetic residue from relationships, places, and even your childhood. Over time, these lower-frequency energies can disrupt the natural flow of life force energy and lead to imbalances in your chakra system, emotional well-being, or even your physical health.
Think about it: how often have you felt drained after talking to someone who was angry or overwhelmed? Or walked into a space that just felt heavy? We are all energetic beings, constantly sensing and absorbing what’s around us. When these energetic blocks build up, they can show up as fatigue, anxiety, depression, or a sense of being “stuck.”
That’s why regular energy clearing—also known as chakra balancing, spiritual cleansing, or energetic detox—is so essential. A clearing session gently removes stagnant energy, making space for higher vibrations like peace, clarity, and joy. While one session can bring profound shifts, energy healing is a process. Healing unfolds in layers. Over time, you may begin to notice new clarity, improved emotional resilience, and a greater sense of alignment in your life.
After a session, you may experience a cleansing response—some people feel tired, emotional, or even go through a physical detox (such as nausea or digestive changes). This is completely normal and part of the body’s natural energy recalibration process. Drinking plenty of water, resting, and giving yourself grace and support during this time is important.
Occasionally, after clearing energy blocks, the universe may bring up opportunities for closure—such as old patterns, emotions, or situations resurfacing. This is not a setback; it’s your energy field inviting you to release these imprints once and for all. Embrace the process with compassion and trust in your body's wisdom.
Remember: energy healing is not a quick fix. It’s a sacred journey. Sometimes shifts are immediate, other times they’re subtle, yet always significant. As you release what no longer serves you, you create room for new opportunities, deeper joy, and greater alignment with your soul’s path.
